Lark and Alex, the founders of Terra Nut Cheese, started making cheese out of nuts (cashews, almonds and macadamias) in 2017. Today, their cultured nut cheeses are certified vegan and include the ‘Plain Cashew Cream Cheese’, the ‘Dill & Garlic Cashew Cream Cheese’, the ‘Sundried Tomato & Basil Cashew Cream Cheese’, and the sliceable block of ‘Smokey Cashew Nut Cheese’.
